When we in the Spirit, our worship is in him, it is our decision to let the Spirit control our mind and body in his presence. And we will speak in tounge as the Spirit talk in our behalfe to God the Father in Heaven. When we control our mind and body, then the Spirit speak through our spirit, and mind, so our body preach the gospel of Salvation to the needed.

If we live by the Spirit then we are son's of God. That is Christ within us forever as Jesus promise to His deciples.
